Consulting and building relationships with the clients that are assigned to you.
You will be responsible for managing and overseeing multiple HR Clients and projects across various industries.
You will be responsible for developing and submitting your client's WSP, ATR, and Pivotal Grants to the SETA.
You will be responsible for submitting your client's Employment Equity reports to the DoL.
You will be responsible for Industrial Relationship Management for your clients.
Take responsibility for all statutory reporting requirements and general compliance with Labour Legislation, including Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases, Workman's Compensation ROE, Workman's Compensation Claim Registration and Administration, UIF Registration Services, PAIA and POPIA.
Occupational Health and Safety and other related legal compliance.
Serve as an advisor to the client, highlighting potential risks on non-compliance.
Provide sound, credible and expert advice on all HR related matters to clients.
Develop, review and implement a range of human resources related policies, practices and procedures.
Successfully manage a portfolio of HR Clients.
Be committed to client retention, by servicing all clients effectively.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
Human Resources Diploma or Degree.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR/IR.
SDF Qualification would be advantageous.
Travel will be required, locally and other provinces.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Strong relationship building and networking abilities.
Understanding the HR Consulting environment will be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills.
Have high standards, be self-motivated, hard working and ethical.
Able to work without supervision.
Must be bilingual, English and Afrikaans.
