Location: SandtonPosition: Human Resources Co-Ordinator (Retail)Salary: 33000Our client in the Retail Industry is looking to hire a Human Resources Co-Ordinator.Duties and ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all aspects of administrative support for the Corporate Affairs Director are handled efficiently and effectively.Take responsibility for ad-hoc projects related to this function.Key customers include Human Resources Department, Payroll Departments, Benefits and Compensation Department, Corporate Office Staff, Suppliers, and Restaurant Management.Principal AccountabilitiesCo-ordination of Corporate Affairs departmental meetings.Taking and recording of minutes in Corporate Affairs meetings.Local and international travel arrangements for HR Director and department.Maintain the Employee Management System, including updating employee records, custom reports, and system back-ups.Complete required reference checks and start-up paperwork for Store Management and new staff hires.Assist, track, and prepare all data relevant to staffing, turnover, transfers, and cost containment programs.Compile and complete month-end reports, quarterly reports, and Employment Equity.Maintain filing system and perform other administrative duties as needed.Assist with incidents when they occur (third-party interventions, health and safety issues, and wage and hour audits).Order, control, and issue Employee of the Month vouchers for Quarterly staff days.Order, control, and issue birthday gifts for department employees.Compile presentation material, as and when required.Assist in communicating Human Resources policies and messages for the corporate office.Provide general day-to-day administrative support to the Corporate Affairs Director.To apply, send your CV and latest pay slip to ****** 2023-10-20
