Ensure HR practices and policies comply with South African employment laws and regulations. Lead or contribute to HR-related projects such as diversity and inclusion initiatives, employee engagement surveys, and HR process improvements. Support employee development through onboarding, coaching, mentoring, and training programs. Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, and ensure that the company's HR policies are being applied consistently and fairly across the organization. Support the HR Manager in delivering HR projects and initiatives eg:- WSP/ATR, employment equity etc Partner with the different divisions within HR to enhance and develop projects and initiatives Desired Experience & Qualification Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field. SAP experience advantageous Minimum of 5+ years of experience in HR roles, with a track record of progressively increasing responsibility. Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office, SAP and HR software. Demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
