Oversee &carry out strategic change initiatives & improvement programs Encourage & carry out HR operations Make sure that local South African laws are followed & reported. Supervise & authorize payroll procedures. Handle inbound & outgoing expatriate procedures. Oversee national & international programs that promote inclusion, equity, and diversity.
