Responsible for contributing to and implementing HR strategic work, including strategy, tactical development, and operational planning to secure business needs. You are part of the Supply Chain regional management teams, supporting the regional managers in making the right people management and organizational decisions. Together with the Regional HR team youre also collaborating and working with the extended HR network in the Regional Centre of Excellence and Regional HR Team, to deliver a great employee and manager experience. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Guided by the regional HR strategy and plan, give input to vision, mission, strategy, and structure within the dedicated business area. Responsible for implementing and using the leadership model. Drive and participate in continuous improvement projects within HR. Support Regional Supply Chain General Manager with team development. HR responsibility for new engagements and orientation, salary review, talent and leadership review, performance management, selection and recruitment, training and development, recognition and reward, employee engagement, internal communication, employee branding, diversity andinclusion, labour relations and analytics and reporting. Ensure compliance with applicable internal policies, law and regulations. Through HR metrics, continuously assess the effectiveness of all human resources initiatives relative to the achievement of desired goals and outcomes and the overall strategic business plan. Skills Competences and Experience: Extensive experience within all aspects of HR and the employee life cycle. Previous experience and knowledge of labour law. Experience in the supply chain / manufacturing industry would be an advantage. Good working knowledge of English, both verbally and written. Skilled on Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Proven experience working with HR business tools, i.e. SAP SuccessFactors Understanding of a matrix environment and global organisation. Business acumen. Can demonstrate courage and integrity. Result-oriented with a sense of urgency. Ability to build relationships and customer responsiveness. The ability to solve ambiguous and complex problems and apply appropriate judgement in decision making. Continuous improvement mindset. Ability to work across various geographies and cultures. Be able to build rapport with staff across all countries Be able to have a senior presence and character that immediately builds credibility and respect with all staff Have experience at a senior level (i.e. within a management team or ideally EXCO level); including responsibility for creating and driving an HR strategy across the region Experience in a matrix organisation Experience across multiple divisions and geographies Educational Qualification: Relevant HR Qualification is essential.
