Human Resources Business Partner

Icebolethu Group, South Africa's second largest Funeral Assurance Group providing a Centre of Excellence and leading provider of dignified burial solutions. We are calling for suitable candidates to apply for the permanent position of the HR Business Partner who will be required to provide human capital advice and support to Business Leadership and their respective teams (staff).
Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources / human sciences / Organisational or Industrial Psychology or other related degree qualification.Registration with the SA Board for People Practices (SABPP) is preferred.Valid Driver's LicenseExperience and Knowledge requiredMinimum of five (5) years' HR Generalist management experience, preferably in insurance, retail, funeral and / or manufacturing environment.Knowledge of related labour laws and legislation.Knowledge of international labour laws and legislation will be added advantage.Skills and Competencies requiredBusiness acumenChange Management SkillsDiversity management and outside Country ExposureSystems and process thinkingStrong problem and analytical skills as ability to analyse and interpret statistical DATA and HR Analytics is critical.Honesty and IntegrityExcellent Communication Skills (Verbal and Written)Prioritisation and resources allocation.Strategic and operational management skills.Project management and planning skills.Strong interpersonal skills and resilience.
