To support the effective implementation of Human Resources (HR) and workforce strategies for the allocated business area that facilitates the attraction, retention, and development of the required workforce capabilities.
Where applicable, lead a small team of HR Advisors providing expertise and advisory support on people management, Industrial Relations, HR mandates, and remuneration for an allocated business area.
Safety Adhering to company safety requirements. Responsible for overseeing those contractors and employees involved in the human resources business partner team adhering to all relevant Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
Business Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Provide input into HR strategies, plans, budgets, and performance targets for the allocated business area and take shared accountability for delivering against them.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Responsible for communicating with internal and external stakeholders according to the human resources plan, e.g., can be on specific recruitment for a position in the company.
Monitoring and reports on the progress of deliverables in the Human Resources Scope of Work.
Motivate and coach team members to deliver against set performance targets and ensure quality of HR services and advice provided to the allocated business area.
Support the Human Resources controls framework for the allocated business area and ensure compliance to relevant Group Level Documents, Business Level Documents, legislation, agreements, and standards.
Investigate breaches of code of conduct or site work instructions and procedures as per assigned accountability.
Support senior HR and line management in people related decision making by providing and analysing critical HR reports and data.
Coach and support line managers by providing them with appropriate tools, techniques, insights and training on people management. Provide guidance and support on Industrial/Employee Relations issues in line with applicable labour and diversity laws.
Functional Act as an escalation point for employees and provide advisory support on complex queries or issues along the entire employee lifecycle.
Ensures adherence to Health, Safety and Environmental requirements of those consultants, contractors and employees involved in the execution of the Human Resources strategy.
Responsible to direct, schedule and allocate tasks that is executed by others by planning and allocation it to various team members.

RequirementsLeadership Lead or support people related organisational development and change initiatives in the allocated business area to support business and HR strategy.
Where applicable, lead a team of HR Advisors supporting the allocated business area and promote operational discipline in executing Human Resources processes.
Full supervisory responsibilities in the execution of the tasks following the Health, Safety and Environmental specification and legal requirements for the project.
Ensures compliance to the Quality Management Program and procedures and guiding team members accordingly.
Motivate and coach team members to deliver against set performance targets and ensure quality of HR services and advice provided to the allocated business area.

Skills & Knowledge Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labour relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems.
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modelling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Demonstrated written and oral English language proficiency.
Business writing skills.
Project Management principles.
Contractor Management.
Required Experience Expert/professional that has guided, developed and influences practice in the Human Resources area with a minimum experience of 4 years.
Has experience in handling human resources projects within Operational areas.
Has exposure to Commercial contracts.
