THE ROLE: HR BUSINESS PARTNER Reporting to the Brand Leader, you will operate as the HR business partner to the Operations Team, and all other stakeholders across the business.
To be successful in this exciting role, you must have gained experience in driving change throughout an organization.
We are seeking a strong leader who is confident in contributing at a Senior Level in the organization and accustomed to influencing a diverse range of stakeholders in a geographically spread, multi-site business.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES You will be responsible for creating and overseeing the delivery of the people strategy in line with the business goals where you will mentor, coach and develop Store Operators and the Ops Team to ensure that everyone is included in the journey.
Partnering with all stakeholders to provide coaching and advice, implement and execute HR goals and objective which support business prioritiesDeveloping employee engagement initiatives to make the orginaztion a great place to work for all employeesYou will be responsible for HR related local governance and compliance (including alignment with EE initiatives) across all storesThe role will encompass the full employee lifecycle, however, will pay close attention to talent both from an acquisition/onboarding perspective and developmentIt will be important to drive and steer business interactions with Group HC and operations to ensure effectiveness and efficiencyYou will work closely with the Group Learning and Development Specialist to develop and implement training initiatives that will drive and maintain a high-performance culture THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE ARE REQUIRED Proven organizational development and advising skills to serve as a trusted partner to the business.
Solid team experience with the ability to inspire and be willing to lead change throughout the Company.Experience of working in a complex, dynamic and constantly changing environment with a high focus on collaboration.An advanced degree in business or HR
