JOB DESCRIPTION

Grade 12.
Human Resources Diploma / Degree OR human resources management, business administration, industrial psychology or related qualification.
3yrs+ previous working experience in the human resources field.
English speaking.
Valid Code 08 driver's license / own reliable transport.
Competent computer skills (MS Office / Email).
Provide specialised administrative support within human resources.
Recruiting and selection, learning and development.
KPI performance function.
Participate in human resources related projects and provide appropriate human resources support to the HR Manager.
Creating of all SOP for all different jobs on individuals.
Completing disciplinary hearings, etc.
Person must be a non-smoker.
