What is required: The HR Administrator plays a pivotal role in offering exceptional support with HR policies and procedures, employee relations, engagement, skills development, benefits, and wellness.
Additionally ensuring flawless management of employee files and adherence to legislative standards for a thriving workplace.
Minimum Requirements: Applicable tertiary qualification in Human Resources or Organizational / Industrial PhycologyPeople ManagementComputer literate with strong MS Office experienceMinimum of 2 years' experience in the same or similar positionFamiliar with all Human Resources legislature and amendmentsFamiliarity with Sectoral Determination 6 and 14 advantageousFamiliar with PSiber / HRIS systems (highly advantageous)Competencies / Skills Communication: Verbal Communication and Comprehension – Expert English Standard
