Human Resource Officer

Company within the gaming industry Ltd would like to recruit a Cape Town based HR Officer in their Human Resources Department with at least 4 years' relevant experience. This position reports to the Human Resources Manager.Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end recruitment processConduct employee onboarding and offboarding processesDraft letters of appointment, promotions and other administrative processesChampion employee wellness and wellness initiativesConduct induction and policy workshopsAdminister and educate employees on benefits and benefit structuresAdminister the performance management processes, education and trainingProvide input with policy development and documentationConsultation, compilation and submission of Employment Equity Plans and reportsMaintenance and administration of the leave module and updating of information on the People ESS systemGeneral HR reporting, including collation and reporting of statistics – monthly and quarterlyAssisting and consulting with employees on employment matters including IR and HR related queriesAccountability for HR projects/research as requiredEnsure compliance to regulatory, policy and audit requirementsDevelop and conduct policy and procedure training on a regular basisCo-ordinate CSI for Shared Services based on BEE & GM requirements
