Qualifications Matric Qualification in Human Resources Qualification in Sage VIP Premier 3 years in Human Resource Sound knowledge of LRA, BCEA, SDL, EE, and CCMA Knowledge of MEIBC & Steel Councils and other Bargaining Councils Competencies (Key Behaviour Areas) Analysis and problem solving People Development Attention to detail Planning and organising Commercial orientation Presentation skills Customer Service Orientation Professional/Technical skills Innovation Resilience Interpersonal Sensitivity Rule orientation Investigative Orientation Strategic Analysis Mechanical reasoning Teamwork Oral Communication Written Communication Conflict Management Confidentiality Motivational Skills Compassion and Empathy Business Acumen Business Environmental Awareness Policy and procedural knowledge Numbers, Analytical Responsibilities Populate a control sheet for all changes concerning HR, IR, payroll.
Collect accurate time and attendance with supporting documentation.
Process an accurate payroll and check accuracy before submission to Shared Services.
Ensure that payroll has the necessary supporting documentation and proof.
Perform administrative functions including third-party reconciliations and payments.
Coordinate and support disciplinary hearings and handle grievances appropriately.
Provide HR Services for manpower temporary and permanent positions.
Conduct exit processes and ensure all items on the exit form are actioned.
Arrange medicals in accordance with policy.
Complete WCA claim form and follow up on claims submitted by the hospital.
Specific Role Requirements Ad hoc nationwide travel may be required.
Enter manufacturing environment (factory floor) with possible hazardous areas.
