Human Resource Officer

Minimum Requirements

Relevant Degree / Diploma in Human Resource Management

Knowledge of Country Specific HR Rules and Regulations

Minimum 3 - 5 years HR experience

Minimum 2 years on SAP

Must have previously managed the full human resource function

Proactively advise, coach and support line managers on the full range of People functions and services – including employee relations, performance management, recruitment and selection, job evaluation, remuneration and benefits, new starter administration, on-boarding learning and development ensuring consistency with relevant legislation and company HR/People policy and procedures.
