Role Overview
The Ideal candidate will be able to translate business demand into HR service delivery needs and assist other key stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of agreed upon support. This role is office based.

Requirements
Matric (Completed)Bachelor's Degree, National Diploma in HR or equivalent.Minimum 2 years working experience in Human Resources as an HR Consultant, HR Officer or equivalent.Time ManagementAttention to DetailStrong CommunicationLeadership SkillsOrganizational SkillsProblem-SolvingCreativity/Adaptability
Responsibilities
Ensure onboarding HR packs are ready prior to new staff commencementHR Onboarding to be conducted during first weekProvide initiatives to enhance onboarding processOversee all wellness initiatives implemented by the HR DepartmentProactively seek interventions to enhance wellnessPerformance ManagementDevelop coaching capability of leadership teamActively participate in operational transformationFacilitate team effectivenessEnsure compliance with Labour Relations policiesSupport employee relations processesProvide advice on industrial relations mattersEnsure leaver receive there UI19, Certificate of Service and Salary Schedule timeouslyConclude all maternity documentation as and when requiredEnsure that Electronic Staff Files are up to date with all details and file original copiesEnsure that policies and procedures are up to date as per current legislationConfirmation of Employment letters to be drafted as and when requested by staffAssist with the full end to end recruitment upon advisement of HOP
