Qualifications : BCom degree in Human Resources Fluent in English and Afrikaans Fully computer literate - MS Office Suite - Intermediate 3-5 years' experience within a similar role Valid driver's license HR experience within hospitality would be hugely advantageous Competencies: Excellent people skills Excellent communication Creative and innovative Problem solving skills Attention to detail Association and understanding of Learning and Development structures - SETA and other's Strong interpersonal skills
