Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive HR Manager to oversee all HR functions in a fast-paced environment. The role will focus on driving organizational development, performance management, employee engagement, and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing HR operations, leading change initiatives, and supporting a high-performance culture. Key Responsibilities: HR Management: Oversee HR functions such as payroll, employee relations, compliance, recruitment, and HR data management. Organizational Development: Lead initiatives for improving company structure, efficiency, and change management. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance systems, facilitate reviews, and address underperformance. Training & Development: Identify skill gaps, implement training programs, and ensure compliance with industry standards. Employee Engagement & Wellbeing: Foster a positive culture, manage wellness initiatives, and improve employee satisfaction. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and ensure smooth employee integration. HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure legal compliance, update HR policies, and promote diversity and inclusion. Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution: Handle grievances, resolve conflicts, and manage disciplinary actions. Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Proven ability to manage organizational change and performance systems . Solid understanding of employment law and HR best practices. Leadership skills with experience in managing teams. Proficiency in HR software and data analysis. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. 38 years of HR management experience. Experience in recruitment , employee relations , and training . HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
