Koelfontein is an established farming enterprise that produces top quality fresh and dried fruit, as well as wine. At Source focuses on the development, final processing, packaging and marketing of dried fruit, nuts and related specialty products for South African and International retail. GROUP HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER The incumbent forms part of a dynamic management team and will report to the various Boards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES REFER TO, AMONGST OTHERS: PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT Management of : group wages administration; recruitment and selection process of wage positions; staff welfare, employment contracts; wage increases; HR policies; staff discipline; staff housing; occupational health and safety systems and all HR related administration. TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT Manage and coordinate : training, induction programs, learnerships, etc. Compilation and submission of WSP / ATR. COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT Representative at local forums; manage and coordinate social and welfare matters, community development actions, local crèche and aftercare staff (NPO); preparation of funding applications for the NPO; liaison with farms/shareholders and stakeholders of the NPO. ETHICAL AUDITS Manage and coordinate : SIZA (Social and Environmental), GlobalG.A.P., DSD, DOL, H&S, EE, and SMETA audits. The following abilities, skills and knowledge are important : Good communication; organising and coordination; Microsoft Office Suite, Crest, TMS, Sage VIP and S-Qube; labour legislation and related legal/statutory terms. Candidates who are suitably qualified, have at least 5 years of proven experience and who can function self-sufficiently within a team, are welcome to apply.
