Knowledge of Bargaining Council in the Hairdressing, Cosmetology, Skincare, and Beauty Industry· Knowledge of Human Resources Management· Knowledge of Performance Management systems· Knowledge of Recruitment and Selection processes· Full Microsoft Office and Excel Skills;· Resilient and robust· Dynamic· Delivery and detail orientated· Practical and pragmatic· Good verbal and written communication skills;· Ability to work under pressure;· Innovative and self-driven· Attention to detail, ability to work accurately and under pressure;· Ability to deal with highly confidential documents and information
