We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented person to perform the full end-to-end HR function.Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.Manage the recruitment and selection process.Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.Nurture a positive working environment.Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.Direct the administration of compensation, benefits, employment, and employee relations programs in the organization. Ensure that appropriate and accurate information is processed to salaries.Represent the Company at the CCMA as required.Manage the annual HR budget.Ensure that Company Policies and Procedures are applied accordingly.Ensure that the Company Employment Equity Plans are updated, the annual EE reports submitted timeously, and ensure that the Employment Equity Committee is trained and meets quarterly to address any issues.Support the Senior Leadership Team with organizational design, headcount, and long-term planning to best benefit the organization.Implement the Group HR strategy through effective communication and participation at regional operational meetings.Implement and maintain projects to ensure expected service delivery to the HR team, business, Centers of Excellence, and broader HR business.Provide the business with the required information and reports timeously to enable them to manage the business unit effectively.Ensure and drive awareness and usage of the HRIS and available Reports.Manage and participate in daily HR activities and administration as per the required standards.Manage and execute on HR/Business related projects.On-boarding and off-boarding of employees.Attend to formulating of charges, hearings, conciliations, and arbitrations.Attend to union matters/issues.Facilitate disputes between employees and managers.Any other responsibilities not specifically mentioned above.Additional RequirementsGentlenessAdaptabilityCommunicationInitiativeCuriosityFlexibilityCompetitivenessAgilityAbility to multi-taskAbility to handle pressureDesired SkillsLabour RelationsHR ManagementDesired Work ExperienceMore than 10 yearsSeniority LevelMid-Senior levelEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionHuman ResourcesIndustriesHuman Resources Services
