Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Location: Wellington | Full-time
Salary: Market Related

We are seeking a seasoned Human Resources Manager to oversee all HR functions and support our business strategy.
This key role will manage recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation and benefits, compliance, and more, ensuring alignment with company objectives and a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop recruitment strategies, screen candidates, and onboard new hires.
• Manage policies, resolve conflicts, and provide employee support and counselling.
• Implement performance evaluation systems and development plans, address performance issues.
• Identify training needs, organize programs, and track effectiveness.
• Administer salary and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with laws and conducting salary surveys.
• Design initiatives to boost engagement, organize team-building events, and conduct satisfaction surveys.
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, handle HR-related legal matters, and maintain accurate records.
• Enforce safety regulations and manage workers' compensation.
• Align HR strategies with organizational goals, forecast HR needs, and suggest process improvements.
• Manage HR records, benefit programs, and related paperwork.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field.
• 10+ years of HR management experience.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office.
