Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities:The Human Resource Executive will assist the Senior Manager, Human Resource and Development in the following work areas:a. Payroll ProcessingEnsure accurate and timely payroll processing as well as submission of grants or claims in accordance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant country legislation and procedures for staff in Singapore, Malaysia, China, India, and Indonesia.b. Employee ExperienceAdministration of Employee Engagement surveys and assist in implementation of measures to enhance staff engagement and well-beingc. Compensation and BenefitsAssist in the review of staff compensation and benefitsAdministration of staff compensation and benefitsd. Employee ExitEnsure timely processing of staff exite. Staff Learning and DevelopmentUndertake staff learning and development operationsf. Other Duties AssignedHandle other ad-hoc HR duties as and when required such as staff disciplineRequirements: Diploma or Degree in preferably Business or Human ResourcesAt least 2 years of payroll experiencePreferably has commission administrationPreferably with at least 2 years of work experience in Human ResourcesMeticulousProficient in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and WordKnowledge of Singapore employment and staff pay related legislationGood team playerGood communication skills in English
