Purpose Of The Role
Offer support through recruitment, performance management and HR administration.
Key Performance Areas But Not Limited To Recruit pro-actively for the operations division as well as head office.Managing day-to-day HR administration.Manage the performance management process.Any other duties if and when reasonably required.Experience And Competencies Minimum Diploma / HR Degree.Strong HR background.Minimum of 2 years post experience.High level of communication verbal and written.Intermediate to advanced computer skill.MS Office.MS Excel.MS Word.Valid SA Drivers license.Own vehicle non negotiable.Must be able to travel.Applications with CV's can be sent directly to [insert application email].
