Duties and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the resourcing team to fill external vacancies and develop internal talent pipelines.
Ensure proper management teams are in place to meet staffing needs in each restaurant.
Coach and develop RGMs and Area Coaches, leading soft skills training and supporting the talent review process.
Create innovative people development solutions and manage performance reviews.
Promote values and enhance employee engagement.
Analyze People Surveys, implement action plans, and manage compensation and benefits to retain staff.
Co-manage Employee P&L with Area Coaches and address performance and employee relations issues.
Lead the People Plan Review process, supporting organizational transformation and achieving yearly goals.
