A manufacturer is seeking an experienced Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to join their team in Gauteng.
This critical role supports the full HR lifecycle and drives strategic initiatives aligned with our company's objectives.
In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our HR efforts, from recruitment to performance management.
You'll oversee Skills Development Plans, Annual Training Reports, and manage all BBBEE and Employment Equity initiatives, ensuring compliance and aligning with our commitment to inclusivity.
You will also facilitate SETA and BBBEE audits, support managers with recruitment, employee relations, and IR matters, and collaborate on workforce planning to meet future business needs.
Your day-to-day will involve working closely with managers to address staffing needs, handling employee grievances, managing data integrity, and counselling staff on career development.
You'll assist with HR strategy development, advise on employment policies, and implement HR systems to support our goal of a motivated, high-performance workforce.
Requirements: A diploma or degree in Human Resources is essential.
Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR generalist, preferably in the heavy engineering or manufacturing sector with ±150 employees.
Experience with SAP or Sage People 300 are advantageous.
Proficiency in MS Office, a proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
