We are looking for a person with a great attitude, a willingness to learn, and patience for gradual career progression.HR Administrator Role SummaryThe HR Administrator will be responsible for maintaining and filing personnel records, processing and verifying various HR documents (e.g., training, grievances, performance reviews), updating departmental organograms, and taking minutes at HR-related meetings.
Additional duties include managing staff uniforms, facilitating the recruitment process (e.g., job ads, CV screening, interviews), submitting employee documentation to payroll, and providing administrative support to the HR Generalist.
The role also involves compiling HR stats, participating in HR initiatives, and handling ad hoc tasks.Requirements:1-2 years experience as an HR AdministratorCompleted HR qualificationComputer literacy (Microsoft Office)Attributes:High level of confidentialityStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Flexibility and willingness to learnAbility to manage multiple administrative tasks efficiently
