We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Human Resource Administrator with a minimum of two years of experience in the retail sector. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs tailored to the retail industry.
Oversee employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and offboarding.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations specific to the retail sector.
Conduct regular training sessions on retail-specific HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary issues promptly and fairly.
Administer employee benefits programs for retail, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Collaborate with retail managers on staffing needs, recruitment, and onboarding.
Support employee engagement initiatives for a positive and inclusive work environment.
Provide guidance and coaching for performance improvement, career development, and succession planning.
Conduct retail-specific compensation and benefits analysis.
Lead and participate in HR projects related to customer interactions and visual merchandising.
Stay informed about retail industry trends, best practices, and emerging HR technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Minimum two years experience as a Human Resource Administrator in retail.
Strong knowledge of retail employment laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
Proven experience managing the employee lifecycle in a retail environment.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and retail HR software.
Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive information.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership skills.
Continuous learning mindset.
