Implement the recruitment process to ensure efficient and timeous recruitment of personnel according to operational requirements and Company policies and procedures.Description Of Job Key Responsibilities / DeliverablesFunctions include but are not limited to:Recruitment and movement of staff:Ensure all incoming applications are processed according to position requirements and a short-list is compiled based on client needs and Company recruitment policies.Ensure reference checks on all short-listed applicants are performed to determine performance levels and track record according to Company recruitment policies.Ensure all successful and unsuccessful applications are processed and applicants are notified according to recruitment results and Company standards.Discuss salary offers with Executive Manager: HR and ensure that contracts of appointment are prepared.Liaise with Executive Managers annually on the individual departments Manpower Plan.Ensure onboarding and induction of all new staff takes place.Ensure recruitment process is followed as per the Recruitment Policy.Ensure that all applicable policies and procedures are followed with regards to any and all employee movement.Oversee support, information and record keeping:Oversee the administration of fringe benefits, pension, medical aid and staff records.Ensure long service awards take place according to the policy.Ensure all requests for HR information, the application of the conditions of employment and employee queries are attended to timeously.Monitor the continued adherence by all departments to the conditions of employment.Ensure all information is recorded and filed as per standard operating procedures.Establish and maintain accurate and effective systems:Establish and maintain work-flows, processes and procedures for HR Support areas.Propose and draft new policies and amendments to existing policies.Review HR policies annually.Process all requisitions for labour to determine validity of request in terms of the approved manpower budget and controlling of the manpower levels according to Company policy.Oversee system Admin (Leave Managements and Reports):Oversee that employee information is maintained on HR system.Conduct quality checks on employee files; system and reporting structure.HR Analytics and Reporting:Increase and improve the HR analytics capability in the organization.Continuously review and improve HR Dashboard to ensure accurate reporting.Report on turnover trends, absenteeism and other crucial trends pertaining to manpower in the organization and recommend initiatives and solutions to shift trends positively.Ensure HR reports are consolidated and submitted by communicated due dates.Consolidate and submit information for audits.People Management:Supervision of HR Officers.Conduct appraisals to measure performance and objective accomplishments against agreed targets.Review goals and set new objectives using appropriate systems.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeContractJob functionHuman ResourcesIndustriesStaffing and Recruiting
