Purpose of Role: A Human Capital Projects and Employee Experience Specialist is pivotal in enhancing organizational performance by managing human capital initiatives and fostering a positive employee experience. Registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Psychometrist or Industrial Psychologist is essential.
Reports To: Head of Human Capital
Responsibilities: Human Capital Projects: Design and implement strategic human capital initiatives aligned with organizational goals.Lead projects focused on talent acquisition, development, and retention.Utilize psychometric assessments to inform recruitment and development processes.Ensure compliance with HPCSA guidelines in all psychological assessments.Employee Experience: Develop and execute strategies to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.Analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with leadership to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.Monitor and report on employee experience metrics to guide decision-making.Psychological Assessments: Administer and interpret psychological assessments for selection and development purposes.Provide feedback to employees and management based on assessment results.Maintain ethical standards in the administration of psychological measures.Qualifications and Criteria: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and criteria:
Master's degree in Industrial Psychology.Registration with the HPCSA as a Psychometrist or Industrial Psychologist.Proven experience in human capital management and employee experience roles.Good understanding of psychometric assessments and their application in the workplace.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.This role requires a professional who can seamlessly integrate psychological expertise with human capital strategies to drive organizational success and enhance the overall employee experience.
