Human Capital Officer Midrand Johannesburg  Our FIntech / Technology \ IT client is looking for an experienced Human Capital Officer / HR Generalist with solid experience.
Having experience from a technology / IT company is essential.
Salary: Market related
Minimum Requirements: Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
4-5 years' experience in Human Capital / HR Generalist
Experience in a Technology, IT, Software Development and or fintech essential 
Must have unionised environment experience and able to deal with Unions.
Experience with FP&M or other SETA Administration

Key Responsibilities HR Generalist / HR Operations management experience essential
Recruitment and Talent planning and placement experience essential
Training & Development - Skill development duties Create and execute Employment Equity & Workplace Skills Plan Oversee and review of Payroll (250 staff) - SAGE Payroll 
Managing 2 staf members reporting to the HRBP 
HR & Benefits Administration
Remuneration & Reward Performance Management
