Qualifications and Requirements: A degree in HR, Law, Psychology, or related fields; postgraduate qualifications are advantageous. Demonstrable experience at board level within the human capital function, ideally with a minimum of 10 years in a Human Capital Generalist role. In-depth knowledge of South African labor legislation and regulations is essential. Proficiency in Human Capital software (HRIS and ATS) is required. Proven track record in talent acquisition, employee development, performance management, and employee relations. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities: Reporting to the Chief Financial Operations Officer & Managing Director. Direct management of a team of 5 (Human Capital Consultants and Talent Acquisition). Oversight of the entire Human Capital function, including strategy development, budget management, talent management, and HR processes. Leadership in HR strategy and planning, organizational risk management, compliance, and control. Development of a compelling employer brand and employee value proposition. Management of employee engagement, performance reviews, succession planning, and change management initiatives. Implementation of systems and processes to enhance operational efficiencies.
