Human Capital Generalist – Amaro Foods / Cape Town

We are looking for a dynamic, innovative and customer-centric individual to join the HR Team at our Amaro Foods Central Office, Epping. PurposeResponsible for providing support in terms of bulk recruitment, administration and execution of Human Capital Projects. To support Amaro Foods company culture by ensuring that the employee experience / culture is key.
Key Performance OutputsComply with work rules, standards and methodsTake care to minimize waste and identify cost-saving initiatives within the area of controlRecruitment and Onboarding of EmployeesAssist Group Human Capital Manager and HR Business Partners with coordination and facilitation of Human Capital Projects.Provide administrative support to HR Business Partners.Support line managers with queries relating to people management (this includes and is not limited to compliance, training and development, recruitment, industrial and employee relations talent and performance management etc.)Adhere to statutory regulations, organizational standards, policies, and proceduresReport non-compliance and implement corrective actions to ensure complianceAssistance when required with Auditing documentationObtain information, check for accuracy, and refine informationCollate and submit reportsDocument management and filingBuild support and maintain interpersonal and team relationships to ensure a stable working environment and achievement of team objectives.Technical Skills and ExperienceMinimum 3 year' Bachelor's Degree or BTech Degree in HR (Industrial Psychology/Human Resources/Social Sciences)Min 2 – 3 years' experience as HR Generalist across functionsApplication and EnquiriesTo be considered, please apply with a copy of your most recent CV to ****** by 26th July 2024.
