Facilitate Workplace Forum and CCMA arbitration processes efficiently while upholding compliance with HR laws and regulations.
Lead business and operational planning initiatives, fostering successful implementation plans aligned with commercial viability.
Develop, implement, and review HR policies, ensuring they meet the needs of the organization and adhere to current laws and best practices.
Coach and mentor leaders and employees to enhance capability and improve overall performance.
Oversee recruitment processes, employee relations, industrial relations (IR), job evaluations, and salary benchmarking.
Manage payroll processes and employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance and accuracy in all financial functions.
Empower skills development initiatives that encourage employee growth and enhance organizational capability.
Utilize performance management frameworks to support organizational goals effectively.
Analyze people data and reporting to provide actionable insights through management and employee presentations and reports.
Scope and lead the rollout of HRIS systems and leverage data management tools for operational efficiencies.
Participate in departmental budget development and monitor expenditures across various projects and funding sources.
Exhibit proficiency in presenting complex data utilizing the full Microsoft Office 365 suite to stakeholders at all levels.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive business needs and ensure successful project execution in line with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Maintain a thorough understanding of the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry to align human capital strategies accordingly.
Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Desired Experience Minimum of 5 years and a maximum of 15 years of experience in a relevant HR role.
Proven track record in business and operational planning and execution of KPI aligned projects.
Demonstrated expertise in workplace relations, HR policy development, and employee engagement strategies.
Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing is highly desirable.
Skills and Competencies Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to provide practical solutions.
