Huawei Public Cloud Channel Partner Manager

Major Compulsory Responsibilities 1?Undertake KPI (the revenue target of the ecosystem partner and the number of new partner development) 2? Develop, nurture, and maintain Huawei cloud key partners, and build the industry ecosystem. gain insight into business opportunities based on the corporate ecosystem strategy and regional business objectives, discover the cooperation opportunity 3? Implement specific actions on developing, nurturing, motivating, supporting, brand building, and providing technical enablement for ecosystem partners in the region; 4? Integrate internal and external resources, help ecosystem partners to achieve goals effectively and win-win outcomes with Huawei cloud. Qualification Requirement Technical Skills Requirements: 1. Industry understanding: Have a certain understanding of the major industries (finance, Internet, manufacturing, energy, education, and healthcare) of the public cloud.; 2. Solution capability: Be able to understand and explain mainstream public cloud solutions (HPC, SAP on Cloud, IOT, and EI); 3. Business expansion capability: Be able to identify accurately, expand, and implement projects for value ecosystem partners; 4. Training and enablement capabilities: Be able to organize and lead ecosystem partners to be familiar with Huawei cloud products, solutions, and development strategies, and develop the expansion formation of customer projects. Professional knowledge requirements: 1. Be familiar with one or more technical fields: Public cloud, private cloud, OpenStack, IaaS, PaaS, container/Docker, HPC, IOT, AI, cloud storage, and disaster recovery; 2. Be familiar with the methodology and key points of customer and channel development; 3. Have professional knowledge about project support and customer technical solution communication; 4. Have professional knowledge about organization, training, and project management. Other requirements: 1. Support the implementation of Huawei cloud global strategy; 2. Build a regional ecosystem and develop Huawei cloud global market; 3. Build regional ecological technology capabilities and improve regional ecosystem solution expansion capabilities; Required Education / Qualifications: Bachelors degree or Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, IT or any related qualification will be an advantage Required Experience At least 3-5 years Public Cloud experience related to channel partner management
