Hts Technical Advisor (Secondment)

TB HIV Care (THC), in existence since 1929, is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation.

Purpose of the position: HTS Technical Advisor will play a pivotal role in implementing, managing, and continuously enhancing the Rapid Tests Continuous Quality Improvement (RTCQI) initiatives, which include the Learning and Training Testers platform.
This role combines business and program data analysis, system and users support, and leadership responsibilities to ensure the electronic platforms effectively meet the evolving needs of the Department of Health.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, health-related data analysis, and technical support, with a particular focus on laboratory systems, including laboratory quality assurance programs and Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives.
