DUR002126 – HSSE MANAGER (OPERATIONAL) - LIMPOPO   Purpose of the job: To manage the HSSE Assurance and Compliance needs for the client's plant in a cohesive, efficient manner withing cost, quality, safety and as per prescribed legislation.Required Qualifications Grade 12 Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Safety Management or related studies.Management Development Programme (MDP)(Advantageous) 5+ years' experience in a similar role in the mining industry.Technical Competencies and responsibilities In-depth knowledge of relevant mine and health safety legislation.In-depth knowledge of ISO Standards implementation, Matrix, and requirements.Experience in best incident investigation techniques.Contract Management   Quality Management Safety, Health, Environment and Quality Adherence    Behavioural Competencies: Work well under pressure Excellent leadership capabilities Organized and timeline driven Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written   Please note that only candidates with the minimum requirement will be considered for this position
