Report on findings and follow up. Implement corrective actions timeously. Implements HSE plan and guidelines. Facilitate risk assessment reports and registers to comply with legislative and standard requirements. Assist in Process Hazard analysis, recommendation, and implementation. Third party risk engineering assessments facilitation and actioning of actions plans from these. Hygiene Risk assessment reviews Ensure hygiene surveys are carried out as per legislative requirement. Schedule entry and exit medicals and confirm fit to work or exit status in conjunction with HR Facilitate the scheduling of occupational health medical surveillance program. With HR, assess medical reports and ensure that abnormalities are monitored and discussed with individuals concerned. With HR, monitoring of primary health illnesses and ensuring employees maintain their fitness status. Provide info to HR to facilitate disability processing and medical reports and documentation, and provide guidance where required. Compilation of resources, policies, procedures, works instruction and safe operating procedures are rolled out throughout facilities. Setting evaluation criteria and communicating this to all facilities. Auditing of processes and facilities in line with ISO as well as legislative compliance requirements and reporting thereof. Assist employees to action and close out findings, including external audits Ensure that bi-annual environmental screening is conducted, and findings are actioned.
