They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic HSE Manager to lead their Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) strategy, ensuring the highest standards across their operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop, implement, and manage the company's HSE strategy in alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.Lead and promote a strong HSE culture across the organisation, fostering a safe and environmentally responsible working environment.Conduct regular risk assessments, audits, and inspections across all sites to ensure compliance with HSE legislation and industry best practices.Oversee incident investigations, ensuring thorough root cause analysis and the implementation of effective corrective actions.Provide expert guidance and training to employees on HSE policies, procedures, and practices.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE into all aspects of the business.Monitor, analyse, and report on HSE performance metrics, driving continuous improvement initiatives.Ensure all HSE documentation is accurately maintained and up-to-date.Key RequirementsProven experience in a HSE role within the Manufacturing, Warehousing, or Plant industries.Strong knowledge of HSE legislation, standards, and industry best practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.Diploma level qualification in a relevant field is desirable but not essential.Proactive and results-driven, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.BenefitsCompetitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000, depending on experience.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative working environment.If you are an experienced HSE professional with a passion for safety, quality, and environmental stewardship, we would love to hear from you.
