Powered by our purpose – the relentless pursuit of a world that works better for people – we serve and transform leading enterprises, including the Fortune Global 500, with our deep business and industry knowledge, digital operations services, and expertise in data, technology, and AI.We are inviting applications for the role of HRO Learning and Development, L&D Admin Support – Assistant Manager - English – Hybrid Johannesburg.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in the performance of the L&D operation, leveraging previous (HR outsourcing) experience to provide a differentiated service to the client.Identify and finalize vendors for different learning requirements (niche vendors for niche training).Create training catalog based on Training Need Analysis.Ensure delivery of non-commercial aspects of the outsourcing agreement, as well as standards of service (relating to quality, effectiveness, productivity, efficiency, etc.
).Drive the Skills Development Training plans for the client by meeting deadlines for the approval and closures of Bursaries.Drive the Skills Development Training plans for the client by meeting deadlines for the approval and closures of learnerships.Ensure meticulous data hygiene for all programs in scope of the role insofar as register capturing and documentation.Prepare and manage reports for WSP/ATR.Prepare and manage reports related to training spend and ROI.Design and roll out employee communications as needed for L&D.Make decisions to improve the operation of the assigned service line and contribute to the advancement of the clients and Genpact business.Experience with relationship management and communication at all levels within an organization.Management of training plans on LMS – refreshing content and roll out training, etc.Understanding of HRO processes supported by Genpact for South African clients.Raise quality and scope issues that impact delivery and support the decision-making process.Escalate issues and seek advice with complex issues/problems.Create a logical plan, realistic estimates, and schedule for an activity or project segment.Ensure progress, issues, and agreements are properly documented and acted upon.Assist Team with performing "Root Cause Analysis" on issues faced and suggest appropriate corrective and preventive actions.Actively participate in all process-related business meetings in-person or virtually.Liaise with Genpact Local IT to escalate Technology issues being faced by the Team.Understand and perform reporting duties according to daily/weekly/annual and Ad-hoc client requirements.Participate in and support during Client visits.Qualifications we seek in you!Minimum QualificationB.
