The primary purpose of this role is to maximise the quality of the HR systems data and enhance administration processes, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and accessibility to support informed decision-making and operational efficiency within the organisation.RequirementsDiploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or Informatics Information Systems5 years relevant experience in providing administrative support – preferably in a mining environment.Computer literacy – MS Office, Excel etc (Excel a must)Data management skillsProficiency in English written and spoken.ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to the HR departmentReview and audit data on P300 and ensure capturing is as per company required standards for payroll processing and record keeping.Audit and maintain employee files by collecting and filling all documents as per employee check list.Collaborate with the business unit team to meet requirements and adhere to all relevant policies, processes, and standards.Process all documentation in accordance with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring required authorizations are obtained.
