RequirementsDiploma / Degree in Human Resources Management or Informatics Information Systems) 5 years relevant experience in providing administrative support preferably in a mining environment.Computer literacy MS Office, Excel etc (Excel a must)Data management skillsProficiency in English written and spoken.Responsibilities:Provide administrative support to the HR departmentReview and audit data on P300 and ensure capturing is as per company required standards for payroll processing and record keeping.Audit and maintain employee files by collecting and filling all documents as per employee check list.Collaborate with the business unit team to meet requirements and adhere to all relevant policies, processes, and standards.Process all documentation in accordance with relevant policies and procedures, ensuring required authorizations are obtained. Maintain both physical and electronic records for effective record-keeping.Assist with training administrationProvide assistance with various HR administrative projects as requested.Conduct audits on timesheets for payroll accuracy.Liaise with and support Contractors / Service Providers to deliverAssist contractors and service providers in interpreting and understand the company rules, regulations and requirements they need to adhere to. Enable effective problem-solving and continuous improvementStay up to date with business unit solutions, processes and SOPGenerate Reports:Ensure accurate figures/ data are captured, and reports generated and distributed as requiredCreate reports on request to assist in decision-making
