Hris Officer

RCL FOODS is on the hunt for an experienced HRIS Officer for their Group Services Division.
The role will report to the HR Information Systems and Project Manager and will be based in Durban (Westville).The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the HRIS Controller in the implementation and control of Time and Attendance best practices and Organisational Management (OM) on SAP HCM.
Key responsibilities include:Driving and enabling the effective and accurate utilization of the BESTime T&A system, OrgChartNow, HR workflows, SharePoint, HR Manage, reporting tools, and interfaces.Maintaining and ensuring the correct usage of the T&A system to accurately record employees' time and attendance records for uploading into the payroll systems.Providing specialist guidance and effective facilitation of competency-based training in T&A and HR Information Systems.Providing HRIS support to both HR Practitioners and employee end-users.
