Vacancy: HRD Trainer LMS (Grade CU) Reference Number : HR/127/25 Location : Two Rivers Platinum Mine, Dwarsrivier Farm, Limpopo Closing Date : 26 January 2025 Overview Two Rivers Platinum Mine is seeking a skilled and experienced HRD Trainer LMS to join their team.
This role focuses on developing, updating, and managing learning and assessment tools in alignment with MQA and ISO requirements , training system users, and supervising the training budget.
Key Responsibilities Compile and maintain legal compliance reports (e.g., WSP & ATR, BBBEE, DTI) Capture and maintain data in the electronic database system daily Maintain and update hard copy evidence for audit purposes Update electronic HRD materials development database and perform electronic backups Manage changes to CBT, Clicker, and mobile templates and import revised templates Conduct weekly audits of facilitator clicker systems for compliance Oversee budget planning and cost control for training activities Temporarily perform additional tasks as assigned by the HRD Coordinator Requirements Minimum Requirements Qualifications: Grade 12 ETD/HRD Qualification/Certificate (NQF Level 5) Assessor Certification Proficiency in Microsoft Office Lead Auditor Certification (advantageous) Experience: Minimum 5 years of training experience in a mining environment Minimum 4 years of experience in designing and developing computer-based training and assessment materials Proven experience in budget planning and cost control Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, executives, IT management, and administrative personnel Terms & Conditions The successful candidate must be medically fit as per the Mine Health and Safety Act 29/1996 .
