Conduct HR Audits and provide insightful feedback to the Corporate Services Director.
Requirements Diploma or B Degree in Human Resources or related field Valid Driver's License 5 years' experience as an HR Generalist Proficient in MS Office Advanced understanding of all relevant legislation e.g.
Labour Relations Act (LRA), Basic Condition of Employment Act (BCEA), Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act (COID), Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHS), etc.
Understanding of HR Systems Understanding of basic business principles Human Resources jobs
