The candidate will be responsible for managing the HR for the Canteen division.
Approximately 250 staff.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Recruitment and OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.Oversee the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition.Employee RelationsAct as the first point of contact for employee HR queries and concerns.Promote communication and foster a positive work environment.Policy Development and ComplianceDevelop, implement, and maintain company HR policies and procedures.Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations.Will work closely with external HR consultancy firm.Performance ManagementCoordinate performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers.Assist in identifying training needs and opportunities for professional growth.Compensation and BenefitsManage payroll, employee benefits, and other compensation-related processes.Benchmark roles and salaries to maintain competitive standards.HR Data ManagementMaintain accurate employee records and HR systems.Generate reports and analyse HR metrics to guide strategic decisions.Training and DevelopmentOrganize workshops and training programs to upskill employees.Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Monday to Saturday (6 Days a week)May include Sundays and HolidaysSalary would be competitive and based on experience.Mature individual preferred.Post based in Sandton and will include travelling.
