Minimum Requirements: Human Resources Management Related Degree/National Diploma/Relevant Qualification3- 5 years experience within a similar HR & Payroll focussed role preferably within a manufacturing and unionised environmentExperience in implementation of culture building interventions (advantageous)Experience in compiling and submitting of statutory reports (Workplace skills, Annual Training, Equity etc.
)Must have strong knowledge of Industrial Relations, Remuneration & Employee BenefitsPastel or VIP experience (advantageous)Time and Attendance (Eco-Time TNA) experience (advantageous)Strong administration experience and knowledge of PAYE, UIF & COIDAMS Office (Excel Intermediate to Advanced)Speaking and understanding of isiXhosa (advantageous)Must have own vehicle and valid drivers license Key Performance Areas will entail: Payroll processing and management of the Time and Attendance systemRecruitment, selection and on-boarding of new employeesProviding of effective and efficient IR advice, support & administration within set guidelines and deadlinesImplementing of employment equity and diversity managementPromoting and management of Performance ManagementMeasuring HR efficiencies and preparing of relevant HR reportsEffective management of time and attendance, payroll, personnel administration and maintenance of the HR management information systemDevelopment of effective relationship within the business, to promote sound employee relations across the organisationDrive and oversee all employee relation initiatives In return this opportunity will offer a competitive remuneration package with a supportive management team.
