 HR Business Partnering: Collaborate with leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Act as a coach and advisor to leaders, fostering their development and enabling effective people management.
Drive organizational development and change initiatives to ensure business success.
Field HR Operations: Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including time and attendance, local benefits, and payroll coordination.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and address employee relations issues proactively.
Support workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
Employee Engagement and Development: Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and retention.
Facilitate learning and development opportunities tailored to local and organizational needs.
Promote inclusion and psychological safety within the workplace.

  Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
5-7 years of progressive HR experience in roles such as HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or equivalent.
Demonstrated experience in supporting both leadership teams and operational HR needs.
Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in a matrixed or global organization is advantageous.
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational tasks effectively.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organization.
Collaborative team player with a direct and results-oriented approach.
Resilient and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
Committed to fostering a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Fluent in English.
Ability to travel between the offices in South Africa.
