Hr Officer (Mining - Thabazimbi)

Minimum requirements:
B Com/ National Diploma/ Similar tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or similar related field
At least 3 years experience in a similar role within a Mining/ Plant/ Manufacturing/ Construction environment
Solid experience generating Remuneration, HR, Labour, WSP, ATR and Mining Charter reports
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities given the need to engage with multiple stakeholders and communities
Experience managing and mentoring staff
Ability to represent the company at the CCMA and strong knowledge of the Mining Charter, Social and Labour Plans etc.
Valid Drivers license
