Hr Officer - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. Manage payroll processes and employee records efficiently using Sage 200 and SYNC . Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies. Support the implementation of HR strategies that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction. Handle employee queries and foster a positive working environment. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is essential. Experience with Sage 200 and SYNC would be a significant advantage. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
