Hr Officer - Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.Manage payroll processes and employee records efficiently using Sage 200 and SYNC.Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.Support the implementation of HR strategies that enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.Handle employee queries and foster a positive working environment.Requirements:Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field is essential.Experience with Sage 200 and SYNC would be a significant advantage.Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Proven experience in HR within the manufacturing sectorRemuneration:R30 000 R40 000, depending on experience.Opportunity to work with a leading company in the manufacturing industry.Growth opportunities within a dynamic and supportive team.***Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted ***
