Are you ready for something new for 2025?My client is looking for a self-motivated and dynamic HR Officer to assist the HR manager in managing and supporting the human resources functions within their organization.
The role involves a combination of administrative, operational, and general duties to ensure effective employee management and compliance with labour laws.The focus for this person would be:Assist in the effective facilitation of the recruitment process and procedureReview, design and change Job DescriptionsMaintain & Update Title Matrix and ensure they are in line with the BBBEE StrategyAssist in the effective facilitation of training, bursary and learnership programManagement of all disciplinary processes (STRONG IR BACKGROUND IN A UNIONISED ENVIRONMENT)Ensuring all bargaining council regulations are applied and all employees registered correctlyYearly submissions of EE & WSP reportingRequirements for this role are:NQF Level 4, Grade 12 (National Certificate)Valid South African Driver's License (Code 8 / 10)Diploma / Degree in Human Resources Management5 years HR Generalist experienceAdvanced Industrial Relations KnowledgeRoad freight & MIBCO Bargaining Council KnowledgeKnowledge of HR practices, employment law, and regulationsPlease note the salary that will be offered is on a scale depending on experience.
